Aerodynamics
Like a bird on a wire, a plane in the sky, each in flight each living and flying high and low, landing, lifting-off floating weaving in and out of air streams and wind currents in accordance with your own particular design, trajectory and aerodynamics. The ongoing dream to be free to fly, freedom to be true to yourself the one and only among countless others who seem exactly like you but are also their own unique creations.

Kool-Aid Mustache and Bubble Pipe's
The idea of ending-up with a mustache while drinking Kool-Aid, appealed to me. It made me feel sporty, fun and it was acceptable for me to have a mustache. I enjoyed the interacting
with a beverage, I also enjoyed the bubble pipes another interactive type toy of the 60s, along with candy cigarettes and gum cigars, wax lips and a very cool harmonica type waxy orange edible instrument.

Of childhood attractions and treats, an all time fav has got to be; Popeye, he glorified spinach for me, I thought I would be big brave and strong if I ate spinach, but more than anything, his personal manifesto; I am what I am, caught my attention even as a child. The very idea inspires me still, to simply be me. So, in the name of being me and true to myself. I echo Popeye The (salty) Sailor Man, when I say: "I am what I am" Kool-Aid mustache, bubble pipe, big wax lips and all!!

Just Do It
Just
Do it or Don't do it. To Do List's, the Do's and Don’ts, Do this,
that or the other thing. To Do or Not to Do. To be or not to be. You
ask a question not expecting a satisfying answer but still you
ask; "What's next?" "What do you do, how and when do
you know and for whom, where and why exactly?”
There is a risk in remaining true to yourself if you are different, you set yourself up for harsh judgement; just being you presents the chance of misunderstandings mistaken as insignificant, unworthy of respect. One wonders how in the world things happen, are said or done to interfere with appreciating the importance and unique nature of each person. Corrosive factors inhibit the heart from thriving in pure lavish light while the soul continues its quest for simple elegant quiet, peace. Just Be, I’ll be me while you are busy being you.

It requires extra effort for healthy perspective when what you want to do and where you find yourself,
are not in sync. The desire for doing something different and being
somewhere else evokes a longing, a restlessness to go beyond the
moment, to imagine the possibilities of everything in every second,
each experience and spoken or written word drenched with the potential
of creating something positive, negative or neutral. Creative juices flow, brainwaves rush to the shore of expression or
become dormant, lost in a wasteland of good ideas and inspiring
heart-felt thoughts. The capability to encourage one another and fine-tune our own lives, to cultivate goodness or stunt it is ours.
We
do well then to simply; Be, I'll be me, you be you scooby-doobee-super-doobee you, living peacefully ever after ~

Happy Birthday!
Happy Birthday to Mark Allen Joseph & Mary Ellen!! Wow, what a ride it has been! To think about Mark's physical life, running it's course, at 37. Now at 55, with most of my life lived, I am older and I hope wiser than years ago or even yesterday. I used to think people in ther 30s, 40s, 50s & so on, were ancient, now, well, not so much. Although it is true, there are day's I feel like I am 5 and sometimes 500. For today and the next 365 days & nights, I will be 55, still wondering when I am going to feel like an adult.!
It has been a sweet birthday with love and blessings at the helm. I am humbled, honored, lifted-up and left filled with huge appreciation for such kindness. My heart spills over, all over the ever loving place, it bounces off the walls and skips along the fireplace mantle, it runs up along the wall, up the ceiling and back down again, it dances and prances like a drum major in the Rose Bowl Parade. My heart and it's contents ooze with life's goodness and beautiful vibration.
Thank you good people who make my heart swell so, like the colossal wave as it rises up in the sky further than seagulls fly. I have enjoyed a deluxe day filled with wonderful surprises and make-me-melt messages. I love each one like a duck loves every duckling. All my love and gratitude precious one's. God bless you now and forever. ~
