5/2/2009 Ah yes May, the very merry month of May. Each new day springs forward eagerly, bright-eyed and bushy tailed. Blades of grass grow exuberantly out of the earth yet patiently in slow motion, strong, simple, subtle and graceful as the swan in the middle of a pond, prestine and undisturbed. Trees stretch their trunks and stiff arms as the brittle branches surge into maturity fortified by the fresh season. Another one of four seasons is called upon by a waning winter, to take over and posture itself for center stage in the sequence of time. Each day bearing gifts of new life, hope a constant and always eternal as possibilities sprout lavishly. May unfolds as the horizon waits to meet and greet those who cannot resist nor deny it's powerful presence resplendent with transitions, changes, challenges and yet more chances to win, lose, laugh, live, love, lounge, lead, luxuriate in, long for and look forward to > what's next.
