Reprieve

From a place where sadness runs deep and you dangle suspended in midair like a circus aerial act gone wrong.
I'm drowning, inhaling a merciless suffocating element that rushes to engulf me in pain.  It is just the blurry view from the mourning I am recalibrating my heart and soul with. Clawing scratching reaching fighting for air, I take a massive breath, it blasts out like a thunderous gust of wind and lighting fast a reprieve presented in a peaceful thought, a whisper from the heavens, I am rebirthed and swim for my life into calm seas floating moving upright smoothly on shore safely again.

Crying, laughing, yelling, talking, singing, walking, hiding, writing and riding along in silence I move forward gently as the soft sand slides though my toes and massages my feet. Then like something that cannot be ignored, a misstep onto the sharp edges of the coral reef with it's hateful jagged unforgiving edges. The pain will pass, the open wound wanting to heal as time and life, wonder, mystery awaits.

Planet Peace ~

The physical, spiritual, emotional, psychological, tribe~oceanal, constitutional, trascendentional, conversational, irrational, sensational part of life- WoW! To live life as completely as possible, unbridled, undeniably joyful at least aware of life's goodness and it's grand scope of miraculousness.

!Yes, miracles are quite something and quite simple not always recognizable but constantly occurring all around us, out of this world and closer then our own heart beat. ~~~~~~~~~

Duality and beyond, this for that, yin-yang, Jeff & Mutt, Bonnie & Clyde, good, bad, ugly, beautiful, lover, hater, outrageously wonderful to the horrifying treatment of vulnerable humankind and other creatures to the scathing pain of mourning the loss of a child to disrespect in any form, to every single living being on this planet... peace ~ yes, we are connected, disconnected, searching, finding, regressing and evolving ~

Love and peace to you~

Spiritual Dwelling

The business of death and dying is tricky business, death is tough on the emotions and involves core feelings, gut wrenching, reality-checking things. The finality of death can leave loved one's weary, winded, in shock, kind of numb and overwhelmed with grief.

Many fascinating aspects of death, the manner in which one die's, the age and other circumstances surrounding a death can have much bearing on the degree of mourning that takes place.

When the last breath of life is exhaled, the first breath in heaven, is inhaled- this is something I heard at a funaral years ago right around the time I most needed to hear it. It is an idea that I find very comforting, when there is a death that is close to me.
Mysteries prevail, as well as my faith in the presence of ultimate goodness, sacredness, life giving, spirit lifting perfection, a spiritual dwelling beyond human limitations and understanding.
