What a Day

Man! Talk about one long and intense day. It's so interesting to work with teachers who want to be better teachers. The challenge is tremendous as the standards are raised all the way around. To obtain particular licensure, certification and higher levels as educators...quite the undertaking. The logistics are collossal and makes for a full day of addressing details, questions & concerns. Mucho writing required which I love.

The art of communcation can be exquisite, exciting and exilerating all at once. Expression & conveying information, the challenge for me is to say what I need to say as efficiently and effectively as possible, then move on to the next matter of importance.

Thank God I work with outstanding people who are highly driven to get things done in a timely manner and with diplomacy, tact, intellegence and a level of professionalism and respect that naturally warrants extreme cooperation. I do it gladly and feel privledged to be in such a distinctive position as to support educators in their pursuit of excellence.

It's satisying knowing you are even a small componant in the enhancment of the quality of life for educators as well as the students who are most assuredly on the receiving end of the equation. Can somebody say; "Amen"?
